Shipping policy

Delivery is free throughout Newcastle, Hunter Region, Port Stephens. Some travel costs may apply to areas outside this region- please contact us for more information. 

HOME DELIVERIES

Home deliveries are 5 days/week for those within the Newcastle/Hunter Region, Port Stephens area. For those outside these areas, deliveries are Mon/Wed/Fri. 

Delivery times cannot be estimated due to the large volume of orders. Typically orders are delivered before midday, however when demand is high, orders may be delivered up until approximately 5pm. If your order has not arrived before 5pm, please let us know so we can follow up.

BUSINESS DELIVERIES

Business deliveries are 7 days/week. For more delivery information specifically for your area, please contact us.
