Refunds
We have a 2-day refund policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your produce to request a refund. To start a refund, you can contact us at info@raritywholesale.com.au. If your refund is accepted, we’ll contact you about the next steps.

Refunds will only be issued for damaged or missing produce. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
